Part Time CS officer ($90-110/hr)

Our client is a local sizable company. They are looking for a Part time CS officer to join their team to managing enquiries from our employees in relation to the medical services..

• Support complaint case handling and conduct preliminary investigation for manager review;

• Contact internal department and external venders for smooth processing

• Process insurance policies and claims efficiently and accurately

• Maintain colleague’s records and documentation in compliance with regulations

• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs effectively

• Experience in insurance operations of which at least 1 year in customer service or policy administration sections of insurance business is preferred

• Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work independently and a good team player

• Attentive to details, well-organized with good problem solving skills

• Good command of both written and spoken in English & Cantonese, good command of Mandarin is a plus

• Proficient in computer applications and Chinese word processing
