Our client is a renowned insurance company and is hiring temporary customer service officer to join their winning team.


Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inbound calls for general insurance(GI) and group medical insurance
  • Provide after-sales service to customers including policy endorsement and claims handling

Experience

  • Holder of IIQE 1 & 2 is essential
  • Good command of Cantonese is advantageous
  • 1 year of above call center experience, preferrable in bank/FI field
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
