Our client is a premium hospitality group, looking for Customer Support Officer to support their Loyalty Program Team.


Responsibilities

  • Handling the daily operation of hotel loyalty programme for Loyalty Program Team, it is during the transition of old program to new program membership communication are not sufficient, e.g. login problem, data issue
  • Answering members’ enquiries and handling complaints in compliance with all guidelines and SOPs, through email and phone in a professional manner
  • Handling administrative work for loyalty programme and other duties as required 



Experience

  • Minimum 2 years' working experience in related to customer servicing, hospitality, membership or related disciplines
  • Bachelor in hospitality or related areas would be highly preferred
  • Strong customer service mind and result-oriented towards customer service delivery
  • Good command of English, Chinese in both written and spoken (including Mandarin)
  • Self-driven in problem solving and proactive team player
  • Hands on experience in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, no need to shift
  • Wanchai Office
