building services engineer

Our client is providing property management services to residential, office, commercial, and government sector. They have serviced HK & Macau over 30 years, they are a subsidiary of a property developer in Hong Kong and a listed on the main board of the stock exchange of HK limited.

• Monitor the progress of maintenance works and make recommendations on improvement works;
• Handle enquiries and complaints about maintenance works and provide appropriate solutions after investigation;
• Monitor the contractors and in-house technicians to perform maintenance and repairing works in required quality and safety standards;
• Prepare budget, tender document and manage the tendering process.

• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade A or above);
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
• Experience in property and facility management is must;

• Holder of Certificate in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline;
