Our client is a lifestyle fashion brand, we are looking for a high caliber to join their store project team in Hong Kong.


Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the store project including new store openings, renovation, window set up and pop up store in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan
  • Responsible to handle projects from inception to completion including prepare cost estimation, design drawing development, tendering, preparation of submission, construction and completion follow up
  • Manage and control the opening, refurbishment and maintenance projects schedule and cost, ensure the works are completed on time and within budget
  • Handle inspection and manage quality control of both new and existing store; ensure the consistency of store design, construction requirement to follow brand, mall and authority requirements
  • Liaise constantly with internal and external parties to ensure for a smooth opening
  • Provide a benchmark photo report on other competitors


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in relevant disciplines
  • Over 4 years relevant experience in store project development in retail industry
  • Proven record in vendor management
  • Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Photoshop, SketchUp and Auto
  • Good command of written and spoken in English and Mandarin
