Our client is a renown Fintech company looking for an energetic and proactive Technical Account Manager for their banking clients.


Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for banking clients, ensuring their IT and Cloud needs are met effectively

• Manage and resolve any technical issues that arise, providing expert guidance and support to clients

• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth and effective integration of technical solutions for clients

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

• Proactively identify opportunities for business growth and opportunities to improve service offerings



Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role

• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams

• Demonstrated strength in customer service, especially managing technical inquiries and solutions

• Proficiency in both English and Chinese 

• Graduation-level education
