System Analyst | ERP | C# & React | Cloud | Perm

Our client is a Hong Kong construction and engineering contractor, with an annual turnover of over US$2 billion, and employ over 7,000 staff, including one of the strongest technical teams in Southeast Asia. 

• Oversee system development and project execution, which includes analyzing business requirements, developing applications, testing, managing cutover activities, providing post-launch support, and creating documentation.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business units, vendors, and internal IT teams.
• Manage ad-hoc tasks as necessary.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program development, with at least 2 years in a business analyst role.
• Preferable programming skills in C#, React, and Angular.
• Familiarity with IIS, Azure, MS SQL, Oracle Database, and Redis.
• Understanding of cloud-native applications, microservices, Docker, containers, and Kubernetes is advantageous.
• Experience with DevOps practices, particularly in CI/CD pipelines and software deployment.
• Proficient in vendor management.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and people management abilities.
• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
