Java System Analyst/ Lead Consultant

• Work with the Project Manager and lead systems analysts in Systems Analysis and Design (SA&D) tasks, including gathering user requirements, system analysis, documentation, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment.
• Analyze, design, and implement systems.
• Collect user requirements through use cases.
• Develop data migration and conversion strategies.
• Create system specifications and ensure software compliance with user needs.
• Conduct system testing and oversee installation and server maintenance.
• Implement web-based application systems and design technical architecture for system integration and technology adoption.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Over 6 years of experience in the IT sector.
• Proficiency in application development with Java.
• Experience in document preparation for the Hong Kong Government.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Professional Scrum Master II are preferred.
