Senior Analyst

Our client is a public corporation set up by the Hong Kong Government in Hong Kong. They are seeking for a Senior Analyst / System Analyst to participate in CRM projects and Data Analytics.

• Responsible for system design, technical analysis and project management
• Perform project management duties and work with other teams for system integration
• Work closely with vendors and user teams to consolidate requirements and deliverables
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while building strong relationships with user teams
• Assist to develop and review requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations for the proposed solution from various parties
• Proactive support the business objectives of Company by contributing technical advice and input as necessary 
• Analyze operational matrix, Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques like BI tools and dashboard
• Conduct user acceptance test and user training before system go-live
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management

• 8 years or above experience in design, development, testing and system release preferably in MS Dynamic CRM and API integration with various systems.
• Detailed knowledge of MS Dynamics CE platform and have implemented at least 2 first party apps, Sales and Marketing will be an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamic CRM, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Azure system design, development and API integration is a definite advantage
• Knowledge in C#, RPA , Open AI and ability to conduct modelling in MS Power BI will be an advantage
• Outstanding relationship management and the ability to interact professionally with diverse group of business users to elevate the total user experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, mature and able to work under pressure

• Bachelor degree holder preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Engineering or related disciplines.
