Data Project officer

Our client is a public corporation focusing on technology development in Hong Kong, they are seeking for a Data Project Officer join their team

• Support end-to-end technology projects, including collecting and refining business requirements, formulating projects, and ensuring project delivery.
• Provide project management support, including managing project timelines, tracking progress, providing status updates, maintaining issue logs, and documenting process flows.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders for technology project delivery.
• Conduct market research on data, digital services, smart city applications, and innovation trends.
• Prepare materials for both internal and external meetings.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager as appropriate.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably gained in technology project or IT project delivery.
• Knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau) is an advantage.
• Knowledge or keen interest in data, smart city applications, and I&T industries.
• Self-motivated, organized, and a good team player.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure with tight schedules.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.

• A bachelor’s degree or above in data, engineering, technology, or other business-related discipline or equivalent.
