Project Manager

Our client is independent of the government financially, they are looking for a IT Project Manager with solid experience in project management, system analysis and design to join their team.

• Take part in various Project Management tasks such as liaising with internal and external business users
• Assist the preparation of Project Proposal and project related documentation in the capacity of Team Lead 
• Provide technical support in collaboration with other IT colleagues of the Authority 
• Perform user requirement study, system analysis and solution design 
• Manage vendors, business partners and contractors to deliver the IT solutions within the project timeline and cost
• Ensure the implementation of appropriate application architecture, standards and best practices in the development activities
• Study, refine, implement and help business growth by exploring and studying IT opportunities especially in CRM and Loyalty system . 
• Lead the support team providing support and maintenance to Corporate IT systems 
• Participate and support the Offshore Development Center (ODC) applications maintenance and enhancement
  

  Experience

  • Minimum 6 years of working experience and with 2 years of IT project experience 
  • Experience in requirement study, system analysis and design, system rollout, and system support 
  • Solid experience in System Development Life Cycle, vendor management and incident management 
  • Sound experience in application development and support of CRM and Loyalty systems 
  • Experience in Cloud solution is an advantage . Working experience in mobile app development is preferred 
  • Knowledge in retail business domain is an advantage 
  • Excellent project and vendor management skills 
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills 
  • Certification(s) in Salesforce or AWS is preferred 
  • Service oriented and positive attitude
  • Proficient Inter-personal skill to interact with non-technical users and IT technical staff
  • Immediately Available is preferred
  
  

  Education

  Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or related discipline
