Responsibilities

to assist in coordinating with in-house IT staff, Information technology contractors and department to establish a new cloud-based system under a licensing programme, and carry out maintenance, modification and updating data services for a website and e-Forms
to assist in carrying out the business facilitation measures under a licensing programme
to assist in processing the license/permit applications and issue electronic mode of license/permit to the applicants
to assist in reviewing reports
to assist in monitoring and updating the files in the Electronic Record Keeping system
to assist in checking the monthly store records submitted by the license holders and developing relevant database

Experience

Higher Diploma or an Associate Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or related disciplines from a Hong Kong university or authorized institute, or equivalent
minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience, preferably in data processing
working experience in areas related to special effects materials will be an advantage
Level 2 or equivalent or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSE or HKCEE, or equivalent
Sound knowledge of computer software/applications such as MS Word/Excel/Access/Chinese Word processing, preferably use of visual basic in connection with MS Excel and Access
A Hong Kong permanent resident
