Our client specializes in providing B2B software solutions designed for financial institutions, with a commitment to improving the experience of their end users. Their platform supports a comprehensive range of traditional asset classes, including equities, futures, mutual funds, and foreign exchange, alongside the burgeoning area of digital assets. 

• Lead a growing team to maintain a high-performance codebase.
• Mentor junior developers, sharing expertise, and best practices.
• Provide technical direction and set the project roadmap.
• Propose and evaluate new technology initiatives aligned with company goals.
• Design and develop scalable trading systems and low-latency applications.
• Oversee the complete application development lifecycle.
• Enhance coding standards and development practices.
• Conduct code reviews and implement optimizations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in C++, Python, Java, Redis, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience in multiple programming languages.
• Knowledge of derivatives markets, forex, and cryptocurrency is a plus.
• Leadership and project management experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
