Our client is looking for a Digital Transformation Manager to drive innovation and lead strategic initiatives that will revolutionize their digital landscape and enhance operational efficiency.

• Craft and execute a holistic digital metamorphosis strategy that resonates with the organization's overarching objectives.
• Efficiently merge cutting-edge digital technologies into various departments to streamline operations.

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in computer studies or related disciplines.
• Minimum of a decade of IT experience, with around 3-4 years specifically in digital transformation. Previous experience in senior leadership roles is advantageous.
• Demonstrated proficiency in projects involving cutting-edge technologies like artificial intelligence (AI), mobile applications, and digital engineering.
• Familiarity with diverse integration platforms and a grasp of enterprise integration patterns and API-based integrations is desirable.
• Possess a sharp analytical acumen and adept problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrate exceptional leadership, team management, and change management proficiencies.
• Exhibit a strong business acumen and the capability to translate technical concepts into pragmatic solutions.
