School Assistant (Library Operation)

Our client is a well-known international school in the Hong Kong. They are currently looking for an Library Assistant to join their school.

• Managing circulation tasks like checking in/out library materials, registering users, and updating user details
• Organizing library materials on shelves, ensuring order, and conducting shelf checks
• Maintaining the library's welcoming and serene learning environment
• Supporting students and staff with online catalog and database usage
• Supporting community programs linked to library activities and manage parents volunteers

• Obtained the Certificate of Library Assistant
• Experience in a school library setting is highly preferred
• Strong language skills, with good communications in Chinese (including Mandarin) and English
• Proficiency in Chinese and English word processing, library information systems, and office software such as Publisher
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with good customer service techniques
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered
