• Handle customer inbound calls for general insurance(GI) and group medical insurance
• Provide after-sales service to customers including policy endorsement and claims handling

• Prepare sales quotation and lab test reports.
• Provide full spectrum clerical and administrative support to Sales Team.

• 通過電話、電子郵件、傳真或親自處理一般查詢
• 負責租用者接待櫃檯服務，包括場地訪問控制、臨時預訂申請、檢查活動設置、標牌準備以及支持租用者的現場請求
• 對客戶服務團隊的行政支持
• 向主管報告違規和緊急情況並處理現場安排
• 在需要時執行和完成任何其他職責或完成臨時任務

• Handling the daily operation of hotel loyalty programme for Loyalty Program Team, it is during the transition of old program to new program membership communication are not sufficient, e.g. login problem, data issue
• Answering members’ enquiries and handling complaints in compliance with all guidelines and SOPs, through email and phone in a professional manner
• Handling administrative work for loyalty programme and other duties as required
