• Develop and execute data migration plans, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Perform data mapping and transformation to ensure data integrity and accuracy during migration.
• Conduct data validation and reconciliation to ensure successful data migration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
• Perform programming, testing and application deployment.
• Document data migration processes and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

• Work with the Project Manager and lead systems analysts in Systems Analysis and Design (SA&D) tasks, including gathering user requirements, system analysis, documentation, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment.
• Analyze, design, and implement systems.
• Collect user requirements through use cases.
• Develop data migration and conversion strategies.
• Create system specifications and ensure software compliance with user needs.
• Conduct system testing and oversee installation and server maintenance.
• Implement web-based application systems and design technical architecture for system integration and technology adoption.

• Maintain daily operations of the System by conducting retailers registration and administration
• Work with the retailers on product and promotion management and conduct quality checks on product information
• Work closely with the Authority’s appointed contractor for user interface design
• Perform setup, configuration and necessary testing on the System to support promotions, campaigns, etc.
• Coordinate with retailers, collection points’ operators and logistics partners / service providers on logistics and fulfilment
• Assist oversee the Business operation team, ensuring smooth operations of e-commerce platforms
• Assist new merchant with the on-boarding process and training workshops 
• Regular review the workflow, plan and improve the efficiency of work processes
• Assist with preparing for the weekly digital e-commerce meetings and reports to review operation/order issue and process

• Responsible for collecting and analyzing user and system requirements
• Perform system design and prepare specifications and system development documents
• Conduct system test, user acceptance tests, and data integration
• Evaluate and recommend new IT products and technologies
• Determine solutions to problems and improve the application when appropriate

• Oversee system development and project execution, which includes analyzing business requirements, developing applications, testing, managing cutover activities, providing post-launch support, and creating documentation.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business units, vendors, and internal IT teams.
• Manage ad-hoc tasks as necessary.
