• Perform export flight shipment manifesting matters in accordance with airlines requirement 
• Ensure all flight data are created accurately 
• Conduct Dangerous Goods checking, acceptance and rejection (Training will be provided) 
• Ensure the export document are conformed to airline requirement and company procedure 
• Ensure export shipment handling activities are carried out in accordance with airline requirements, company procedures, applicable regulations and service standards

• Guarantee precise and timely order processing from quote confirmation to billing
• Frictionless delivery planning and management through the logistic portal: delivery date management, D&I job assignment & activity closing
• Free stock optimization and managing of Purchase Orders to HQ,
• Assure accurate management of order portfolio (backlog), avoiding expired backlog and proactively liaising with Sales in order to foresee backlog slippage
• Ensure regular and effective communication within the business and externally with 3rd parties. Within the internal business, the development of strong relationships with the Sales and Customer Service departments is paramount to your success within this role
• Ensure planning of D&I in accordance with the CPD
• Maintain the ERP system, ensuring alignment between accounting and physical stock, performing variance analyses and periodical stock-counting activities

• Handle full set I/E documentation related to vessel operation such as ships’ schedule, positioning and other summary reports.
• Responsible for handling hire and brokerage settlement.
• Liaise with ship managers, charterers, P&I Clubs for solving operational matters.
• Assist Operation Managers for vessel operation, earning estimation and market analysis.
• Handle special or ad hoc assignments when necessary.
• Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
• Location: Central (close to MTR station)

Operational Leadership

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the MRO stations in HK, SH, US, UK, Australia, Malaysia
• Recognize new business opportunities and drive growth by expanding the customer base and revenue
• Ensure compliance with applicable airworthiness standards and regulatory bodies such as HKCAD, FAA, EASA, CAAC, etc

Safety Practices

• Promote safety in all decision-making within the MRO division
• Coordinate with the Quality team to implement a corporate safety and quality integrated management system
• Identify causal factors behind failures, implement corrective and preventive actions, and control risks

Maintenance Control

• Direct the MRO and ensure the use of MRO resources
• Liaise with OEMs, customers, internal to contribute to the development and improvement of the MOE
