Our client is a MNC logistics company specializing in worldwide shipment of high value and luxury goods. They are looking for a Sales Manager to join their team.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new logistics and supply chain clients in Indonesia and Vietnam 
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring exception service delivery and exploring expansion opportunities 
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new business prospects 
  • Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service executive 
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue goals 
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to the regional leadership team 

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics & supply chain sales, preferably with a focus on Indonesia and/or Vietnam 
  • Strong understanding of the logistics and supply chain landscape in Southeast Asia
  • Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills 
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities 
  • Proficiency in English and local language(s) of the target market(s)
