  • Handle all in/out bound and transshipment

Client is a diversified maritime services provider offering ship management, crewing, and other maritime solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Provide counter services and administer shipping documentation to customers.
  • Handle all inbound, outbound and transshipment in a timely manner.
  • Prepare invoices and receipts for review and approval.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in freight forwarding handling or liner inbound, outbound or transshipment shipping documents
  • Well-organized, with good time management
  • Customer-oriented and a good team player with strong interpersonal skill
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Proficient in PC applications i.e. Word and Excel

Education

  • F.5 above or in related disciplines
