Our client is an international law firm providing wide range of professional services to their clients. It’s forward-looking vision, best-in-class service and innovative solutions made it a reputable brand in the market. They have business operations in Asia, America, Europe and Middle East. Their trading volume has grown rapidly, and eager to capture the market and expand further. With the changing needs of the markets, to help business optimize their talents and commitment towards sustainable development & growth in the regions, they are currently looking for a Admin talent to join the team. The role will be based in Hong Kong.


Responsibilities

You will be reporting to the Department Head in Hong Kong and a Manager in the UK. Perform wide range of operational activities to ensure a smooth and effective daily workflow and BAU globally. You will also participate in projects and ad hoc assignments.


Responsibilities:


• Work in the Asia team of Support Hub to deliver shared services to different jurisdictions

• Promote operational efficiencies and service improvements

• Identify false records and filings, update accordingly

• Database and system maintenance, ensure all records and data are clean and accurate

• Perform administrative tasks according to the group’s standards and policies

• Uphold and promote best practices to improve and enhance the group’s service level

• Participate in digital transformation project

• Produce periodic reports

• Support in ad hoc projects and assignments


Experience

2+ years of experience in providing administrative and operational support to large teams. Attention to detail, sensitive to timelines, strong computer literacy and organizational skills, possess a service mentality. Good language ability, proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, both spoken and written.
