• Support the end to end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and offering for office and frontline roles
• Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, Linkedin, various recruitment platforms
• Assist in development and implementation of policies, procedures and processes related to sourcing and recruiting
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations to TA managers

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify key talent needs and create talent acquisition plans
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management, highlighting key insights and recommendations for enhancing recruitment effectiveness

• Responsible for recruitment activities, on/off-boarding arrangement, leave and attendance, employee relations, compensation and benefits and other HR services in daily operation.
• Work closely with Department Heads by providing HR guidance including to define strategies and identify talent needs
• Coordinate CV screening, interview scheduling and reference checks on candidates.
• Provide administrative support and maintain accurate & update staff information and records.
• Assists to coordinate the company events.
• Perform any ad hoc projects/assignments as requested.

• Provide administrative support and assistance to the HR Team, ranging from manpower planning, recruitment, staff onboarding and offboarding arrangement, training and development

• Administer various HR systems and programs, including but not limited to HR information systems, medical schemes, and provident fund scheme

• Support the cultivation and maintenance of harmonious employee relations by providing various HR services, including handling general employees’ inquiries and requests, handling industrial accidents/sickness cases, and organizing HR-related activities, etc.

• Compile HR-related statistics and reports

• Maintain an updated, efficient, and effective central filing system

• Provide support to ad hoc assignments/projects as and when required

• Responsible for full recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, job advertisement posting and on/off boarding
• Assist in C&B administration, including monthly payroll, MPF enrollment and insurance management
• Maintain employee records including leave records, personnel files, benefits enrolment, business cards, etc.
• Work as a HR policy advocator to ensure to smooth implementation on policies and procedures
• Plan & coordinate employee engagement events
• Assisted in all rounded office administrative support, i.e., equipment maintenance, office supplies & housekeeping
