Senior Clinical Education Specialist (Medical Device)

The Clinical Education Specialist will deliver comprehensive clinical education and training to healthcare professionals on the safe and effective use of our medical devices. This position requires a strong clinical background, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver clinical education programs to healthcare professionals for comprehensive understanding of our medical devices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement training materials (presentations, case studies, workshops).
• Conduct on-site and virtual training sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations for healthcare professionals.
• Provide support to sales representatives during customer visits, including product demonstrations and addressing clinical inquiries.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in medical technology, treatment guidelines, and industry trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, clinical educators, and healthcare organizations for collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience, preferably in the medical device industry.
• Nursing background is highly desirable, with a deep understanding of device workflows.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
• Solid presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex clinical concepts to diverse audiences, including sales teams, customers, and senior management.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating initiative, a sense of urgency, and a proactive attitude.
• Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
