Managing Director APAC - BPO Business

• Develop and execute the business strategy for APAC market
• Identify growth opportunities, including new markets, services, and client sectors
• Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring delivery of high-quality services and meeting agreed KPIs and SLAs
• Drive efficiency and process optimization across operations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and innovation

• Own P&L accountability, delivering sustainable revenue growth and profit

Essential

• Proven leadership experience within BPO, outsourcing, or shared services environment, preferably in a Managing Director, General Manager, or similar executive role.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale operations and driving revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of APAC markets, including regulatory and cultural nuances.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and P&L.
