Officer, Medical Service

Our client is a leading insurance company and they are looking for a pre-approval officer to join their winning team. 

• Handle precertification in an efficient, professional and timely manner
• Maintain good relationship with provider and hospitals
• Conduct case management on regular basis
• Monitor provider performance
• Render professional opinion on medical aspects of cases
• Review customer feedback and liaise with various parties for solutions

• University degree in medical related field
• At least 2 years medical services experience in pre-approval
• Experience in customer service or insurance industries an advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge in Mandarin a plus
