System Analyst

They're currently seeking a dynamic System Analyst to join their expanding team. • Design and implement software architecture that aligns with the organization's IT standards and business objectives, ensuring optimal product outcomes.
• Gather user requirements and perform feasibility studies and on-site assessments to achieve a thorough understanding of business needs.
• Develop, implement, and deliver application service solutions utilizing Java and Spring Boot to fulfill specific business requirements.
• Maintain and support application services, ensuring high levels of stability and performance to support ongoing business operations.
• Research emerging technologies to identify potential innovations and improvements for existing solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT-related fields, preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years focused on analysis and design.
• Expertise in application/software development, with a strong proficiency in Java and Spring technologies.
• Essential experience in Java, along with familiarity with J2EE, JavaScript/AngularJS, and scripting languages such as Perl or Python.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, ESB, RDBMS, and BI/DW, along with a solid understanding of Agile/Scrum software development methodologies, is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
