Responsibilities

•負責接聽客戶服務熱線，解答客戶對課程查詢

•通過電話和電子郵件跟進客戶查詢及投訴


Experience

• 中五程度

• 最少1年或以上客戶服務工作經驗, 具良好溝通技巧

• 懂電腦操作及中英文輸入法

• 良好廣東話,一般英語及國語
