Customer Service Manager

Our client is a multinational company specializing in manufacturing and supplying aircraft seating, serving the aviation industry with high-quality products and solutions.

• Provide technical support, entry into service support and AOG services to customers;
• Support light-line maintenance execution as well as heavy-line maintenance coordination with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO);
• Provide maintenance training and advisory support to clients;
• Coordination of consignment stock and inventory management;
• Support of the customer service sales process through technical clarification and potential improvements to the customer;
• Responsible for the coordination of all customer service customer meetings including management level meetings, operation and scheduling meetings and coordination with MROs services; and
• Warranty analysis and support, cost calculation and immediate actions responsible for weekly reporting.
• Directly report to Sales Manager

• High commercial understanding and experience in customers care and after sales;
• Practical experience in project management;
• Skills in the area of certification, documentation and process in the aviation industry are of advantage;
• Good English speaking and writing; and
• Intercultural skills in working with international customers.

• Completed technical degree (e.g. industrial engineering or mechanical engineering) or a comparable qualification (e.g. technician apprenticeship and relevant working experience)
