Education Resource Assistant

Working hours: 44 hours per week (including meal breaks)

Salary: $20,020 per month

(i) To assist in the production of resource materials (training materials, support programmes, resource package, etc.):

To provide editorial and design works for the resource materials;

To produce graphics, audio records and simple animations based on scripts of the resource materials; and

To assist in any IT-related tasks for the development of resource materials;

(ii) To assist researching related information, preparation for the try-out and compilation of related data;

(iii) To perform any other duties as assigned by professional officers of the Section.

At least one-year full time experience in editorial work, or publication design;

Experience in graphic design works is preferable;

Outgoing personality and be able to handle correspondence and work independently. 

Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and Level 2 in four other subjects including English Language in the HKDSE, or equivalent;

A Higher diploma in publication design, print media, illustrartion design, multimedia & information technology, or equivalent;

Good command of Chinese and English word processing skills, Microsoft Office Applications, Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator;

Fluent in written Chinese;
