Our client is a top-tier Chinese Bank, they are looking for operations officer to join their winning team.


Responsibilities

Our client is a top-tier Chinese Bank, they are looking for operations officer to join their winning team.


Experience

  • Performing back office operational and clerical supports, including daily reports reconciliation and reports updating (have to report duty at 7 am where appropriate)
  • Providing support on updating the management reports for postage and courier services
  • Providing support on cheque book printing application process and name card printing where appropriate
  • Providing support on bank record reproduction where appropriate
  • Providing daily support on internal mails collection and delivery at Mail Room
  • Providing support to BOS team and ad hoc assignments upon request



Education

  • Form 5 or above
  • Possess basic computer knowledge, including MS Word and Excel
