Our client is a leading China Bank and they are looking for an Operation Assistant to join their winning team.


Responsibilities

  •  To support daily transaction processing.
  •  To support daily operation duties including report preparing, document filing and record keeping;
  • To ensure full compliance of P&Ps, AML, BCP, internal and regulatory policies and requirements all the time.
  •  To ensure the agreed service levels, turnaround time, productivity, quality and internal / external relationships with stakeholders and customers are achieved.

Experience

  • Higher diploma/associate degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline;
  • Self-motivated, good problem-solving skills and attention to details
  • Detailed-mind, able to work at a fast pace and multi-tasking for efficient result
  • Fluent in both spoken & written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proficient in MS Office and PC skills
  • Fresh graduate is welcomed
