• Manage premium quality of POS communication according to different touchpoints and the implementation of trade marketing and consumer activation plan 
• Gather consumer insights, sales data, consumption statistics and visibility plan to identity campaign success, execution effectiveness, live photos and learnings 
•  Work closely with the Brand Marketing, Headquarter team, Agencies and Sales Managers to understand and implement global POS guidelines that meet local needs
• Participate and support in the planning and execution of brand campaigns
• Support on brand design and execution of the highest quality across channels, campaigns and events. Follow up to ensure the placement in line with expectation and review its effectiveness.
• Provides day-to-day advertising campaign implementation support to the Brand Manager, while in close contact and collaboration with Media Agency.

Programming and Channel Management

• Develops and executes the channel strategy and content programming such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Threads and website
• Defines the strategy and programming according to the local marketing calendar, adhering to global standards with SEO, connected user experience, and driving conversion down the funnel

Storytelling, Content Creation & Production

• Develop and produce social first content concepts around our marketing mix with a hyper focus on local relevancy
• Creates and curates engaging and innovative content that excites and inspires evolving consumers

Creator & Influencer Network

• Develops and builds earned social network to increase content to be seen opportunity through platform outreach from always on to tactical project approach

• Manage the editorial calendar to ensure a steady flow of engaging, relevant content across all channels
• Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform the content strategy and maximize impact
• Collaborate with the marketing, creative, and analytics teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and measurement of content performance
• Conceptualize, write, and edit high-quality content for our website, blog, social media, email newsletters, and other digital/offline channels

• Develop, execute and analyze the social media marketing strategies and campaigns
• Explore emerging trends to increase the company’s social media presence in the APAC region
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on design and production of corporate collaterals and promotional materials
• Ensure all communication is cohesive with the company’s image and to measure the success of promotion campaigns
• Identify opportunities and promote public awareness of the company through public relations and external communications (e.g., e-newsletters, blogs, emailer campaigns)
