• Responsibility to ensure the efficient day to day operation of the Global Banknotes Operations outsourced vault facility. Functions include onsite vendor management, managing daily transaction fulfilment duties, managing transaction discrepancy process, reporting and analysis of workflow & procedural adherence.
• Provides guidance to employees within business regarding procedural, technical and/or operational changes. Incumbents have full working knowledge of operations environment acquired through experience in an operations environment and on the job training.

• Negotiate debt capital market transactions from the perspective of trustee and agent
• The primary point of contact for a portfolio of agency and trust transactions consisting of Bonds, Loans, Escrow and Account Bank deals
• Interpret documents and deal with a broad range of queries from arrangers, issuer/ borrower or holders
• Negotiation of documents following an in house playbook with requirements from a legal, business, operations, risk and compliance to maintain standards
• Collaborative approach to stakeholder management to better understand business concerns and know how to relay these to the clients and to escalate promptly when required
• Support the agency and trust business by improving processes and procedures and working on ad-hoc projects required by the business.
• Be of an inquisitive nature to create a rapport and build relationships with clients and market participants and to represent the brand.

- Serve visitors by registration, greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately

- Coordinate the 1-on-1 meeting and assist guest on using kiosk

- Responsible for crowd control, incidents handling, etc.

- Provide high-quality services to the guests

- Provide support to conference events or activities as required
