Sales Coordinator

Our client is now looking for a high caliber to cope with their business expansion.

• To coordinate between customers and suppliers with dedication in managing purchasing orders and the delivery of products to customers in China. 
• Able to maintain superior working relationship with customers and suppliers in enhancing purchase orders and its delivery.
• Closely contact with suppliers in a form of business emails and phone calls
• Problem detecting and solving in any aspect of business
• Order book monitoring for scheduled delivery and quantity
• Placing of Orders and timely payment settlement
• Quality issues and special requests

• At least 2 years relevant experience ;
• Experience in order fulfilment
• Process good ability in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in business applications. 
• positive thinking and willing to acquire competencies for career advancement.
• Willing to travel China and Overseas

• Bachelor degree or above is a MUST
• Good proficiency in use of English and Chinese.
• Fluent speaking in English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
