(Senior) Marketing Officer (CRM)

Our client, a global high-end lifestyle brand operator, is looking for a (Senior) CRM Officer (renewable contract/perm) to join their team.

• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports to support management to monitor the business performances and to make business decision
• Implement end-to-end CRM marketing campaigns to engage and retain target customers
• Maintain and support the operation of CRM systems
• Coordinate with internal departments and third parties on the development and deployment of CRM program and other marketing communication materials
• Take part in CRM system enhancement projects to enhance system capabilities and improve customer journeys

• With 2-3 years or above hands-on experience in Marketing and CRM fields
• With knowledge in Salesforce and SQL will be an advantage
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese Experience
• Candidate with less experience will be considered

• Higher Diploma or above in BBA, Marketing and communication or related disciplines preferred
