Our client is a central banking institution in Hong Kong, they are looking for a Tech Lead with solid experience in project and team management to join their team.


Responsibilities

  • As a key role of development team to work closely with Business Analyst on addressing solution and/or functional design
  • Lead a development team in frontend web and / or backend API development, and subsequence project cycle
  • Oversee and perform quality control, including code review and analysis
  • Prepare technical specifications, software test plan, perform debugging and performance optimization with the team
  • Drive the development team to manage Low code platform applications development, workflow development, reporting, and configuration
  • Provide guidance and/or support to junior team members



Experience

  • Experience with ReactJS, jQuery, JavaScript, CSS
  • Solid experience with .Net, RESTful API
  • Familiar with IIS and/or MSSQL is plus
  • Experience with Selenium is a plus
  • Manage and development experience with OutSystems
  • Familiar with agile development approach and knowledge in web technology
  • Manage the low-code platform to ensure stability and implement architectural changes when necessary
  • Willing to learn and keep in pace with the latest and emerging technologies
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated and innovative with good analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Need to work outside normal office hours as and when required





Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
