• As a team member focus on electricity company marketing project ( such as eDM to promote their platform)

• Planning, design & implementation of project

• Liaising with both internal and external parties to conduct the task

• Analyze, monitoring & evaluation on the marketing project

• Lead a small team to execute the project

• Support ad-hoc tasks from another team

• Coordinate with external stakeholders such as NGOs on CSR initiatives; promote programs internally and externally
•  Provide logistical support for community events, PR programs and internal staff activities (both physical and virtual events)    
•  Liaise with external vendors on event management
•  Manage and handle administrative work such as event reporting, budgeting, billing and accrual
• Maintain and update content on intranet and external websites
•  Perform daily media monitoring and prepare news coverage reports
•  Perform any other duties as assigned

• Support manager to formulate marketing strategies, PR, advertising and promotion plans to drive business and to maximize brand awareness through different formats and platforms
• Maintain media & influencer relations and manage contents communicated in different media channels
• Monitor media coverage 
• Participate in planning and development of all press event, trunk show, pop-up and etc. 
• Bring ideas and communicate with internal departments and external parties to deliver effective programs
• Identify appropriate vendors, formulate proposals and supervise their work
• Tracking project performance and prepare post-campaign report with business insights
• Invoices and inventory management
• Compile monthly reports
• Handle day-to-day operations and other ad-hoc duties as assigned 
• Conduct market research and identify relevant media / influencer /partner for marketing campaigns to gain brand exposure 

• Assist in developing the e-Commerce platform via various digital marketing activities, SEO/SEM
• Support all-rounded marketing campaigns and promotion materials
• Utilize social media platforms to maximize the direct and assisted conversions (Facebook and Instagram)
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Project Planning:

• Participate in the implementation of commercial proposals and the performance measurement e.g. P&L and margin report

Project Execution:

• Interface between the client and the various areas e.g. events, digital and communication
• Coordinate with various internal and external players and ensures that the project is on track
• Accompany on the progress of the project, from the planning and execution
• Work with the event managers to monitor the integration of partners
• Participate in measuring customer satisfaction (deployment of tools/voice of the customer)

Operational support on marketing programs execution

• Execute marketing plans and digital channels communication

• Liaise internally with cross functional departments and externally with production vendors

• Create content for internal & external meetings 

• Assist in preparing regular business reports and managing inventory level 

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Market data analysis

• Conduct data analysis and share insights on brand performance 

• Targeting list analysis by therapeutic area
