• Providing company secretarial services to private companies, including ensuring compliance with the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and other relevant laws and regulations

• Preparing and filing documents with the Companies Registry, such as annual returns, notices of change of company particulars, and resolutions

• Maintaining the statutory records of private companies, including the register of members, directors, and significant controllers

• Organizing and attending board meetings and general meetings for private companies

• Recording share transfers and issuance of new shares for private companies

• Ensuring private companies comply with their tax obligations and deadlines

• Providing advice to directors of private companies on corporate governance and compliance matters

• Liaising with external parties, such as auditors and lawyers, on behalf of private companies

• Manage all company secretarial functions for a group of private companies.
