  • Salary: $19,000 Attendance Bonus: $1,000; End of year bonus

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming / outgoing calls, mails, internal mailing and courier arrangement 
  • Assist and coordinate general administrative task ranging from procurement, printing matters, repair & maintenance, office cleaning and pantry services 
  • Coordinate and maintain good customer service with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage room booking system, equipment booking system 
  • Schedule and coordinate internal/external meeting arrangements 
  • Perform ad hoc administrative duties to the team as assigned 

Experience

  • Cheerful, Polite, Detailed-oriented, Independent, Good interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Good command of Mandarin & English 
  •  2-year Receptionist experience in sized company 
  • Good team player 

Education

  • Diploma Holder
