Team Management

• Building a strong customer relationship and brand loyalty
• Plan & arrange staff scheduling and deployment, performance management
• Lead, supervise and train the team to deliver high quality and consistent customer services to visitors
• Ensuring house rules and SOP are followed at all times

Inventory Management

• Managing and monitoring visual merchandising, maintaining an optimal inventory level and cost controlling

Operations Improvement

• Liaising with manager in improving operations efficiency 
• Monitoring and managing cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy;
• Proposing and working closely with relevant parties on marketing promotions
• Performing other ad hoc duties as and when required.

• Prior experience in sales industry preferred 
• At least 3-5 years working experience 
• Proficient in conversational English & Mandarin
• Art enthusiastic & independent
• Good communication skills
