Strategic Account Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities: 

• Explore new business opportunities within an existing and new portfolio of Adecco HK clients
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs to ensure steady growth of the business
• Handle clients’ enquiries and manage good and positive relationships with them
• Organize regular client meetings and events to pitch and present project proposals, solutions, quotations & follow-ups
• Collaborate with different business unit heads in order to ensure clients requests can be delivered
• Develop business relationships among all Adecco brands for cross selling and providing total HR solutions to clients – our Ecosystem.

Requirements:

• An out of the box thinker.  Someone willing to communicate and interact with clients daily at a high level whilst providing solutions.
• Someone who takes pride in their work and will go above and beyond in delivering an exceptional experience to clients
• You must be result-driven, with good sales track record and high energy levels.
• Customer-oriented, confident in networking in social situations, you are also a strong team player with excellent communications skills
• Hold a BS/ BA in business-related disciplines.
• A minimum of 4 years sales experience with the ability to manage the sales process, offer solutions and negotiate a successful win.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese, proficient Mandarin is also preferred
