Talent Acquisition Specialist (6 Month Contract)

Job Description

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process, including but not limited to job ads posting, screening, interviewing candidate and preparing documents for onboarding
• Develop effective hiring channels or provide new hiring ideas to build an internal talent pipeline
• Recruit talents in the market through proactive sourcing and advanced sourcing tools/techniques
• Manage candidates and ensure the best qualified candidates are presented to the line manager
• Participate all the recruitment events, like career fair, campus recruitment or recruitment talk etc…
• Required to meet weekly KPIs

Requirements:

• At least 4 years working experience in Talent Acquisition and preferably gained in recruitment industry
• Self-driven, mature and independent candidate is high preferred
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Able to communicate with people from different levels and cope with a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English and Cantonese. Good command in Mandarin is preferred
