Talent Acquisition Specialist (6 Month Contract)
Job Description
Responsibilities:

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process, including but not limited to job ads posting, screening, interviewing candidate and preparing documents for onboarding

Develop effective hiring channels or provide new hiring ideas to build an internal talent pipeline

Recruit talents in the market through proactive sourcing and advanced sourcing tools/techniques

Manage candidates and ensure the best qualified candidates are presented to the line manager
-
Participate all the recruitment events, like career fair, campus recruitment or recruitment talk etc…

Required to meet weekly KPIs
Requirements:
-
At least 4 years working experience in Talent Acquisition and preferably gained in recruitment industry

Self-driven, mature and independent candidate is high preferred

Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline

Able to communicate with people from different levels and cope with a fast-paced environment

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-
Fluent in English and Cantonese. Good command in Mandarin is preferred
