Branch Manager - Macau
Job Description
Responsibilities:

Oversee a small team to provide professional recruitment solutions including permanent job placement and staffing for our clients in Macau

Motivate and monitor the team to ensure service delivery and sales activity to meet and exceed business goals and target
-
Identify, pursue and develop new accounts through awareness of local market, competitor activities and community growth plans. Establish rapport and continually develop current accounts with key clients

Develop a sales network through the acquisition of new and strengthened relationships with regular clients
-
Manage the P&L of Macau Branch and seeking to improve its productivity and profitability at all times
-
Develop and manage budget, revenue and expense forecasts to achieve the development of short-term and long-term growth plans of the team
-
Meet all budgets and ensure the control of outstanding account from clients by proactive means and constant follow-up
-
Ensure effective communication of the company strategies, objectives and responsible for its implementation
-
Manage the process of recruiting and hiring team members
Requirements:
-
University Degree in business-related disciplines
-
Over 6 years working experience in recruitment consultancy
-
Track record in clients' services and building rapport with colleagues and management team
-
Excellent communication/presentation skills
-
Outgoing and willing to communicate and interact with all levels of people
-
Self-motivated and result driven
-
Fluent in spoken and written of English and Cantonese
