HR Assistant (Payroll Focus)

 

Job Description

 
Responsibilities: 
  • Responsible for day-to-day payroll activities
  • Handle all enquiries about payroll matters
  • Partner with recruitment consultants to ensure all payroll is processed accurately in a timely manner
  • Generate and prepare payroll related reports
  • Ensure compliance with statutory payment and reporting requirements in MPF, salaries tax and other benefits
Requirements:
  • F. 7 or above with at least 2 years solid experience in payroll administration or C&B
  • Well-versed in HK employment ordinance is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
  • Excellent Excel skills will be an advantage
  • Detail-minded, mature and good team player
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
