Assistant Manager/Manager, Billing & Operations

 

Job Description

Responsibilities: 
  • Reporting into the Senior Finance Manager, you will oversee a team of 3 and manage the billing function across all our clients to ensure timely and accurate invoices are issued each month.

  • Generate invoices and reminders to clients and update the internal system

  • Engage directly with clients on clarifications and queries relating to invoicing

  • Understand client’s billing processes and propose effective billing methodologies to adhere to requirements

  • Advise consultants on invoicing setup with new clients

  • Be a key subject matter expert in the billing process

  • Participate in ad hoc assignments or other projects as needed

Requirements: 
  • Higher Diploma holder in Accounting/ Finance or related disciplines

  • 3 to 5 years experience in accounting or finance matters

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skillset

  • Hardworking, committed and fast worker

  • Able to work under pressure within tight timelines

  • Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese
