Job Description

 
Responsibilities: 
  • Generate invoices and reminders to clients and update the internal system
  • Verify the billing amount with the consultants
  • Maintain good filing of the billing documents
  • Participate in ad hoc assignments or other projects as directed by the supervisor
Requirements:
  • Higher Diploma holder in Accounting/ Finance or related disciplines
  • 1 to 2 years experiences in accounting or finance matters
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skillset
  • Self-motivated, independent, hard working with strong interpersonal skills
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Able to work under pressure within a tight deadline
  • Fresh Graduate will also be considered
