[CEO for One Month 2017] Soya's Journal - Week Four

[CEO for One Month 2017] Soya's Journal - Week Four

The Way To Work

This is the last day of CEO1Month. With great support and guidance from Audrey, I am glad to have executed my plan into a real innovative project and also learned a lot about Human Resources.

Managers Monthly Meeting

With 140+ full-time employees and 4300+ associates working in Adecco Hong Kong, our huge team provides comprehensive service to clients. Collaboration between teams is extremely important to inform our clients the most of Adecco Hong Kong, when blocked communication is always a drawback of big companies. Managers Meeting becomes crucial to let everyone know what is happening in the whole company. I also have stronger sense of belonging to here after the meeting.

C-Connect Session

Thanks to the openness of the Adecco Group, we have CEO lunch with staff to collect opinions from all levels in the company who are all very outspoken to tell Audrey their opinions at work. From their comments, I could see the main difference between how a CEO and a general staff member thinks. For example, a consultant may complain about his/her heavy workload because we have to interview all applicants for jobs before sending their profiles to our clients. S/he may think that only screening CVs is enough to choose suitable candidates for the clients, but a CEO pays attention to the quality of our service provided because it is our pledge to carefully select the best of the best candidates to our clients.

Please follow my FacebookInstagram or Twitter to see more of my amazing journey. For those who missed the previous journals, please see them here: First weekSecond weekThird week.

This is the last day of my #CEO1Month Journey.  All good things must come to an end, but they also open the gate to begin another stage. See you tomorrow Adecco Hong Kong!
