[CEO for One Month 2017] Soya's Journal - Week Three

The Way To Work

Time flies. I am physically exhausted every day because I have been making the utmost of each day in hopes of learning as much as possible like a water-absorbing sponge, but also I am spiritually satisfied because I am constantly feeding my mind with new challenges and new knowledge.

Personal Time with Audrey

We may face obstacles when we want to implement innovative ideas and break through traditions. We should not be controlled by those limitations but to create solutions, like how the Adecco Group provides solutions to clients. When the reality is different from what we expected, we should always stay positive and by all means make every moment meaningful to apply our potentials. I am really thankful that Audrey empowered me a lot in recognizing my ideas and also gave me freedom to implement them while guiding me towards success. The most precious thing here is the broad-mindedness of senior management which is open for new ideas, willing to take risks and invest in the young generation.

Training Sessions with UJ

On Tuesday and Wednesday, I had three different sets of training taught by UJ with different groups of people. It was my great pleasure to learn with different teams so that I knew more about their difficulties for which we tried to share our opinions to solve the problems. It is a beautiful picture. The training styles are not one-way but very interactive and practical with case studies and role plays. It is important to differentiate ourselves from our competitors with curious mind, warm heart, working hands and cool head. As a CEO1Month, I attended the follow-up session of High Intensity Training (HIT) with the colleague who had the two-day training in April, so I learned fast and efficiently. Thanks the colleague and UJ for not neglecting me as a new joiner. I see team spirit here.

CASTRA in Progress

Although we still may not publish the details of CASTRA yet, I must say that we are in a very good progress. Especially from the Friday meeting, we had come up with many more brilliant ideas to refine it. I know that you are excited about CASTRA. Me too! Please keep an eye here about any updates. We hope that it will be a successful project that changes the job market.
