Project Manager

• Oversee daily project management tasks related to the implementation of the System, including planning, monitoring, and controlling project progress. Address any project challenges, implement quality management practices, and collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project outcomes that meet user needs.
• Participate in relevant meetings focused on the System's implementation.
• Act as a primary coordinator for key management and secure storage related to the System.

• At least 8 years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 4 years dedicated to managing IT projects for the Hong Kong SAR Government.
• Possess professional certifications in agile software development methodologies, such as PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or SCRUM Master (levels I, II, or III).
• Hold a valid certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent qualification to support effective project management practices.

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
