• Provide support for engagement activities, database maintenance and related web research work

• Provide support to the team in systematic record management and online information update

• Support the team on shareholders engagement, sponsorship and related research work

• Prepare & coordinate corporate collaterals and communication materials

• Assist to implement various PA programmes and event management  

• Provide support in media communications and perform daily media monitoring

• Assist in cross-team support and ad hoc tasks as required  

• Perform general administrative duties if needed

• Support content planning and copywriting for communications that help command attention and move their audiences;
• Responsible for content creation, proofreading, editing
• Work closely with different parties to establish the tone of voice and appropriate writing styles
• Research subject matter to ensure the quality and accuracy of your copy
